Agents/Corporate Clients Module

The module allows agents or corporate clients to log in to your reservation system and receive a discount on all bookings they make. The discount is controlled by the administration part of this module. The following functions are available:

• Add new agent/corporate client
• View/Delete agent/corporate client details
• Edit agent/corporate client details
• View agent/corporate client sales

When entering new agents/corporate clients the following information is saved to the database:

• ID: The ID that the agent/corporate client will use to login.
• Name: The name of the agent/corporate client.
• Address: The address of the agent/corporate client.
• Password: The password that the agent/corporate client will use to login.
• Discount: The amount of discount. Example: 7.5%
• Payment: You can specify that the agent/corporate client should pay in full when making a reservation or if you will give credit (ie. payment is not required at the time of booking)
