RezEasy Agency - Demo

We have created a demo with 2 properties (RezEasy supports more than 10,000). This is designed to show some of the features of RezEasy Agency.

Paradise Travel

This is a typical travel company setup. It features two properties, the Classic Hotel and the Villa Rosa.

The Classic Hotel is a typical setup for a hotel, motel or guest house. It uses seasonal rate bands and rooms are charged per room. RezEasy supports 5 different rate bands and per person or per room rate types.

Villa Rosa is a typical setup for a villa, apartment or condominium. It uses day-week-month rate bands

The demo also includes meal plans for the Classic Hotel and optional extras both properties. One tax rate has configured and is charged on room cost only. RezEasy supports up to 3 tax rates and you can specify which rate is charged on each item.

Online Administration

This demo shows examples of reports and the various functions that are available in the online administration section of RezEasy.

Each property owner can view reports for their own property, change rates and inventory and upload pictures etc. You can restrict property owner access if you wish. The administrator can view reports for all properties.
