RezEasy Features RezEasy Tours enables you to: Specify any number of packages, flights, tours etc. Charge per room or per person Have reduced rates for children Charge for optional extras Specify a fixed amount and/or percentage charge that can be added to or deducted from the booking total Add tax to the total cost of the bookings Use any currency Check tour availability and automatically update RezEasy's availability table as tours are booked Manually update availability and prices in seconds (for phone or walk-in customers) via the Internet Built-in connectivity to your own secure server or third party secure payment systems Auto-generated confirmation e-mails, with auto-generated reservation numbers, sent to customer and operator Before making a booking view Tours information, including text and pictures Search for availability and prices for specific dates, prices and/or destinations Easily add, remove or modify tour data		Admin Demo Application This admin portion of RezEasy Tours is split into two parts. The configuration, setting currency, date format, fonts and colour etc., and general administration where you enter or edit details of your tour packages, view sales and cancel bookings. Configuration You can configure RezEasy Tours to use any currency, select a date format, change general settings, and set the fonts, text size and colours that are used to display your pages. Show Configuration Demo General Administration You can enter any number of tour packages. These can be flight only, accommodation only or flight and accommodation. Up to 4 optional extras can be included in each package. For package that include accommodation you can set the accommodation basis. Packages can have both adult and child prices and you can specify occupancy levels and surcharges. Show the General Admin Demo
