Report Name	Description of Report
Cashiers Report	Cashiers report for today or any selected date. Can show all monies received or by cash, credit card, other means
Rate Check Report	Room rates for reservations on a selected date. Any meals and optional extras added to the reservation will also be shown
Night Audit	Night audit report for the last audit run or any selected date or date range
Revenue Report	Revenue report totaled by department for the current date, a select date or date range
Sequential Transactions	All transactions in chronological order for the current date or a selected date. Shows payments, refunds, sales, lodging charges, meals and optional extras
Deposit Aging Report	Deposits taken for reservations where the arrival date is the current date or later
Guest Ledger	Ledger total and balance due for all active guest folios
Guest Folio	Print an individual guest folio
Payments	Payments received on the current date, any selected date or date range
Refunds	Refunds made on the current date, any selected date or date range
Lodging Charges	Lodging charges for the current date, any selected date or date range
Sales	Sales made on the current date, any selected date or date range
Sales by Department	Sales made on the current date, any selected date or date range sorted by department
Sales Breakdown	Breakdown of lodging charges and sales made on the current date, any selected date or date range. The breakdown includes any surcharges and taxes configured in RezEasy

Management Reports

Report Name	Description of Report
Agents	All agents and corporate clients
Agents Allocation/Pickup/Commission	Agent's allocations against room pick up for a selected date range. Or commission earned for a selected date range
Agents Allocation/Pickup Forecast	Forecast of Agent's allocations against room pick up for a 31 day period starting at a selected date
Agents Unconfirmed Reservations	Reservations made by agents/corporate clients that are not marked confirmed in the reservation details. Shows only reservations that are not checked in
Management Report	Report of available rooms, occupancy, no-shows, daily rate, revenue, in-house guests, arrivals, departures and cancellations etc. for today or any selected date
Reservations Forecast	Report of available room nights, nights booked, length of stay and revenue for the current month of any selected month
Changed Rates Report	Report showing users who changed rates for checked in reservations. Can be any selected date
Zero Rate Report	Report showing reservations with a room rate of 0.00 (zero) for any selected date
Staff/Users	RezEasy Front Desk Staff/Users with contact details
System Flags	Report showing night audit errors, cancellations, rate changes, room moves for today or any date

Housekeeping Reports

Cleaning Schedule	Cleaning tasks for all occupied rooms. Can be grouped by floor or just shown in room number order. Includes linen and towel change status
Cleaning Checklist	List of entered into RezEasy's configuration
Housekeeping status	Printed sheet for each occupied room with a checklist of cleaning to be completed (i.e. a list of cleaning tasks
Breakfast/Meal List	List of breakfast and/or meal plans for the current date or the next day. You can also include a forecast for the next 7 days

Arrivals	List of arrivals for the current date, any date or date range
Departures	List of departures for the current date, any date or date range
In-House	In-House reservations (i.e. reservations checked in and not checked out)
No Shows	List of no shows for the current date, any date or date range
Cancelled	List of cancelled reservations for the current date, any date or date range
Reservations	List of reservations by arrival date for the current date, any date or date range
Group Reservations	List of group reservations by arrival date for the current date, any date or date range
Sharing Reservations	List of sharing reservations by arrival date for the current date, any date or date range. Cross references actual reservations against virtual reservations for in-house reservations that are designated as sharing
Flights	List of guest flights f for the current date, any date or date range.
Waitlist	List of all potential guests on the waitlist for the current date or any selected date.
Guests (main) In-House	In-House guest list for main guests. (The main guest is the guest who booked the room)
Guests (sharing) In-House	In-House guest list for sharing guests. (Sharing guests are other guests who share the room with the main guest)
Guest History	Guest history can either be a consolidated history showing all reservation by a guest grouped together or as individual reservations. You can select the dates and the guests to show.
Reservation history	Reservation history showing individual reservations between selected dates. You can also specify the guest name and/or group and/or agent and/or reservation source.
Virtual Arrivals	List of virtual arrivals for the current date, any date or date range
Virtual Departures	List of virtual departures for the current date, any date or date range
Virtual In-House	In-House virtual reservations (i.e. reservations checked in and not checked out)
Virtual Cancelled	List of cancelled virtual reservations for the current date, any date or date range
Virtual Reservations	List of virtual reservations by arrival date for the current date, any date or date range
Group Reservations	List of virtual group reservations by arrival date for the current date, any date or date range
Sharing Reservations	List of sharing reservations by arrival date for the current date, any date or date range. Cross references actual reservations against virtual reservations for in-house reservations that are designated as sharing

Rooms Reports

Report Name	Description of Report
Rooms	List of all rooms entered into RezEasy's configuration. Shows list of facilities etc.
Room Status	Report showing the status for any room (reserved, confirmed, deposit paid, occupied) for any selected date. Display also shows the group name and guest name if they have been defined
Blocked Rooms	List of all rooms that are blocked from use.
